Announcing our new Patient Portal!

Valued Patients: Yes, we still have access to all your records on NorthShore Connect (aka “Endeavor Health”). However, we are strenghtening our communication with other local centers like Northwestern Medical Center and Lutheran General Hospital. This helps us keep in contact with all your referring doctors, and provides better continuity of care. To do this means a small hurdle–you will have to register on our new portal, available here. You will need an access code so call or email us at info@ginorthshore.com and we will get you one. We still do all our work right here in Evanston.
