Niagara Falls in New York was illuminated by blue light to commemorate Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. State Assemblyman John Ceretto said turning the falls blue creates a symbol of efforts to raise awareness of colorectal cancer and CRC screening. “We’re letting people know, ‘Go get that screening. We love you. We want you to stay here a lot longer than today,'” Ceretto said.
